| Each studio has a combined bedroom/sittingroom with kitchenette, a separate bathroom. The kitchenette is well equipped with a.o. electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator , coffee-maker and breadtoaster. The furnishing consists of a dining table and chairs, wardrobe with safe, flat iron and ironing board, tv, radio, ceilig or wall fan, aiconditioning, boxspring beds. For your safety there is a smoke detector. |

There are 2 types of studios: Type A and Type B. The studio Type B is a little more spacious than Type A. The furnishing is equal.  |

Cleaning, change of bed-linen, bath-and kitchen-towels is included. Electricity consumption is not included and is charged at cost-price.The voltage on the island varies inbetween 110 and 130 volt. In our complex is also 220 volt available. The water on Curacao ( distilled
seawater ) is of an exellent pure quality. |
